Commercial Property Improvement Program (CPIP)

CPIP

Commercial Property Improvement Program (CPIP) grant funds are available to commercial and industrial property owners City-wide that intend to restore, renovate or improve their building and property to enhance the visual quality and attractiveness of the corridors and improve the area’s physical characteristics. CPIP consists of a reimbursement grant for a percentage of the construction cost up to a maximum amount of $25,000.00 per property/property owner on a post-completion basis. Projects should demonstrate a comprehensive design with substantial improvements to the exterior facade of the building, conform to district characteristics, and thereby enhance the visual quality and attractiveness of the corridor and the area's physical characteristics.

Properties that fall within the City of Hollywood Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Beach and Downtown area do not currently qualify for CPIP. Please click here for more information on the CRA Property Improvement Program, which is available specifically for commercial and industrial properties in this designated area.

CPIP funds are limited to one time per property address per federal fiscal year. For more information on CPIP, please contact Economic Development Manager Herb Conde-Parlato at hcp@hollywoodfl.org or 954.921.3620.
